Solicitor General Tushar Mehta ne bataya ki 7,000 logon ka mob raat me weapons ke sath hospital me jama hua, jo police ki negligence ya complicity ko dikhata hai.

Court ne state power peaceful medical community protests pe use na karne ki baat kahi. CJI Chandrachud ne kaha, “Doctors, civil societies ya lawyers, jo peacefully protest kar rahe hain, unpar state force unleash na kiya jaye. Yeh ek national reflection ka waqt hai.”
