Pune city police ne Friday ko ek private school ke teacher, Sandesh Bhosale (26), ko book kiya jo Class 6 ke student ko. kathit taur per marpeet karne aur ghayal karne ka Aarop hai
Yeh incident 27 September ko school ki computer class mein huva jab student ne apni shirt tuck nahi ki thi.
Student ke father ki complaint ke base per, Swargate Police Station ne teacher ke against case file kiya hai under Section 115(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) aur Juvenile Justice Act 2015 (Care and Protection of Children) ke provisions ke tehat.
Pune Complainant ke mutabiq,
physical assault ki wajah se student ko ear injury huvi hai.
Is case ke baad, Saturday ko parents aur MNS leader Ganesh Bokare aur unke supporters ne school ka visit kiya aur teacher ke khilaf strict action ki demand ki.
Kuch supporters ne school property ko vandalise bhi kiya.
