Congress ne Tuesday ko bataya ki woh desh bhar mein 20 press conferences karegi, jismein Hindenburg Research ke findings per Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe ki zaroorat ko highlight kiya jayega. Is report mein SEBI ki chairperson Madhabi Buch per kaafi serious allegations lagaye gaye hain.
Congress General Secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh ne X par post kiya, “In muddon ka economy per widespread impact ho sakta hai.”
“Kal, Indian National Congress desh bhar mein 20 press conferences karega taaki Modani Maha Ghotala per JPC ki zaroorat ko highlight kiya ja sake, jiska economy aur chhote investors ke liye capital market regulators ki integrity par seedha impact hai,” unhone kaha.

“Adani Mega Scam ke liye JPC investigation ki demand Hindenburg Research ke reports se kahin aage tak jati hai. Adani Group ke irregularities aur wrongdoings political economy ke har aspect tak pahunchte hain, jo hamare 100-question series HAHK (Hum Adani Ke Hain Kaun) mein document kiye gaye hain,” Jairam Ramesh ne kaha.
January 2023 mein Hindenburg report ke release ke baad se hi Congress ne is mamle mein transparent investigation ki demand ki hai. Report ne Adani Group per stock manipulation aur accounting fraud ke allegations lagaye the.
Recent Hindenburg report mein SEBI ke chairperson per yeh bhi allegation lagaya gaya ki unhone Vinod Adani (billionaire Gautam Adani ke bhai) ke ‘obscure’ offshore funds mein hidden stakes rakhi hain. Yeh wahi funds hain jo SEBI ki investigation ke daayre mein aate hain.
Report kehte hai ki isi wajah se SEBI Adani Group ke mamle mein thorough investigation se bachti rahi hai.
Dono Madhabi Buch aur Adani ne yeh allegations refute kiye hain aur ruling party ne ise “conspiracy” kaha hai.
Lekin Congress ne SEBI chief ke resignation ki demand ki hai aur 22 August ko nationwide protest ki announcement ki hai.
