Andhra Pradesh ke Chittoor district se ek shocking aur disturbing khabar saamne aayi hai. Yahan ek Andhra teacher ke corporal punishment ne ek 11 saal ki student ki zindagi hila di. Hindi teacher ne allegedly ek private school ki student ko “shararat” karne par maar diya, jiske baad uska skull fracture ho gaya.

Incident 10 September ko hua, aur isne dobara education system ke andar bachchon ki safety par bada sawal khada kar diya hai.

Victim kaun hai?

Victim ka naam Satvika Nagasri hai. Reports ke mutabiq, uske Hindi teacher ne class me discipline issue ke liye uske sir par school bag se maar diya. Initially, is matter ko zyada serious nahi samjha gaya, lekin baad me situation alarming ban gayi.

Satvika ki mother Vijetha, jo usi school me teacher hai, pehle is punishment ko “normal” samajh kar ignore kar gayi. Lekin jab Satvika ko frequent headaches hone lage, tab parents use lekar ek private hospital gaye.

Medical Reports aur Fracture ka Pata

Doctoron ne pehle check-up ke baad child ko Bengaluru ke ek specialized hospital refer kiya. Jab X-ray aur medical tests huye, tab clear hua ke uske skull me fracture hai. Doctors ne confirm kiya ke ye injury directly us violent blow se hui jo teacher ne diya tha.

Yeh shocking discovery parents ke liye ek nightmare thi.

Police Complaint Aur Investigation

15 September ko Satvika ke parents ne police complaint lodge kiya. Complaint me teacher par direct responsibility daali gayi aur demand kiya gaya ke strict action liya jaye.

School authorities ne bhi ek internal inquiry start kar di hai. Education department par pressure hai ke wo ensure kare ke aise cases dobara repeat na ho.

Dusra Case: Odisha me Teacher Suspended

Andhra teacher ke case ke sath ek aur disturbing report Odisha se aayi. Ek primary government school me assistant teacher ne allegedly 31 students ko maar diya sirf isliye kyunki unhone morning prayers ke baad uske pair nahi chuye.

Ye punishment itni brutal thi ke students ko bamboo stick se maara gaya. Kai bachchon ko serious injuries hui, ek bachcha briefly unconscious ho gaya aur dusre ko first aid dena pada.

Authorities ne turant action lete hue teacher ko suspend kar diya.

Corporal Punishment ke Khilaf Law

India me corporal punishment officially ban hai. Right to Education Act aur Juvenile Justice Act ke tahat teachers ke liye bachchon par physical violence karna illegal hai. Lekin ground reality me abhi bhi aise cases regular basis par saamne aa rahe hain.

Child Rights experts ka kehna hai ke teachers aur schools ko strict training aur monitoring system ki zarurat hai. “Discipline” ke naam par violence ka koi justification nahi ho sakta.

Public Reaction

Andhra teacher ke is shocking case ne social media aur local communities me outrage create kiya hai. Parents aur activists demand kar rahe hain ke strict example set kiya jaye.

Ek activist ne kaha:
“Bachchon ke sirf ek chhoti si galti par maarna unke liye life-long trauma create kar sakta hai. Satvika ka case ek reminder hai ke corporal punishment ko zero tolerance policy ke sath tackle karna hoga.”

Larger Debate: Safe Schools ka Question

Andhra aur Odisha ke incidents ne ek badi debate khadi ki hai: Kya hamare schools truly safe hain?

  • Parents ke trust par question mark lag gaya hai.
  • School authorities ko accountability ensure karni hogi.
  • Teachers’ training me behavioral aur psychological modules ko compulsory banana hoga.

Experts ka kehna hai ke sirf suspension aur police complaint enough nahi hai. Long-term reforms zaruri hain jisse safe aur child-friendly environment create ho.
